    What would you do during a typical day? 

    • Work with clients and Arcadians to enable data extraction from Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
    • Provide cross functional analytic support to key Arcadia projects/products as needed
    • Diagnose systemic problems and collaborate with clients and other teams to fix these problems.
    • Maintain detailed logs of technical processes and problem resolutions. 
    • Juggle several technical tasks, working independently to understand and complete your work.
    • Create SQL queries and manage data sets to support ongoing Analytics, Ad-Hoc analytics, and Reporting.
    • Effectively converse with Arcadians with different skill sets as part of a project team.
    • Learn new skills, make timely decisions, communicate clearly, and adapt well to change.
    • Perform other duties as assigned

    This resource will work along side pop health team to support the reduction of variation in practices, the use and implementation of PCMH modes, stewardship of clinical data, and management of Arcadia tools. This resource will also provide reporting and analytics support around the following clinical topics, as well as support ad-hoc requests from the pop health team.  

    • Patient Stratification & Hotspotting
    • Provider Scorecarding
    • Clinical Quality
    • Gaps in Care & Risk Documentation
    • Pre-visit Planning


    • Must be located in the Danbury/NYC area, 
    • 5-10 years of experience in data analysis in a clinical setting
    • formal training as a Clinical Informaticist.



    • Bachelor’s Degree in IT or a related Technical Field (Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or other analytical discipline) and/or 5-10 years years of relevant experience.
