  • Overview

    The Implementation Engineer is responsible for executing the implementation process in support of Arcadia’s overall delivery strategy, and will work with a project team to validate deliverables meet contractual obligations and related commitments. Implementation Engineers deliver Arcadia Analytics products in a SAAS model; installing, configuring and verifying components.



    They are responsible for representing Arcadia working across internal teams to complete assigned work in accordance with contractual obligations, client commitments and financial benchmarks. Arcadia’s delivery strategy includes data acquisition, data aggregation, product installation, product configuration, system integration testing, user acceptance testing and go-live support

    • Acquisition of standard and custom data sets; source system data evaluation and analysis
    • Review business and functional requirements and give feedback on gaps identified
    • Oversee data transformation and aggregation validation and process monitoring
    • Validate data quality extracted from complex healthcare systems
    • Ensure system integration validation; patient matching, and user interface validation
    • Develop a detailed understanding of business processes across the Arcadia product suite
    • Conduct user acceptance testing; create supporting materials, support customer testers, issue ownership
    • Provide Go-live support; issue analysis, reporting and tracking, knowledge sharin

    • Perform product implementation in SAAS model
      • Execute implementation playbooks to accomplish technical tasks
      • Work with teams to develop, maintain and execute high-quality product implementations
      • Ability to work independently or with team and stay on schedule
      • Reliably accomplish tasks and provide accurate status
      • Proactively escalate issues and collaborate for issue resolution
      • Validate results; perform root cause analysis
      • Precise issue communication and resolution tracking
    • Ability to support user acceptance testing and support internal teams with the data validation process
      • Create high quality customer presentation and testing materials
      • Ability to perform customer presentations
      • Ability to interact professionally with customers
      • Ability to support end user testing and track issue resolution


    • A minimum of 3 years implementing, developing or testing 
    • Experience with writing SQL queries in support of data and root cause analysis
    • Strong grasp of analytics and reporting tools and techniques
    • Comprehensive understanding of project delivery processes and testing methodologies
    • Strong User Acceptance Testing experience
    • Experience with tools (or similar):
      • Database: Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio
      • Source code and deployment: Jenkins, GitHub, Jira, Confluence, Box
    • Demonstrate proficient presentation and communication skills, including ability to create materials in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.
    • Ability to travel, a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required



    • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science or related discipline
