Customer Business Analyst

Overview

The Customer Business Analyst is responsible for setting and executing plans and operations in support of Arcadia’s overall engagement strategy.  This strategy includes:

  • Working with Customer to help inform and guide customer during the project proposal and management phases.
  • Assisting with Arcadia staff to ensure successful and efficient customer implementation of Analytics and Products from the signed contract through “go-live” at all customer sites, in accordance with the Plan.
  • Work onsite with customer to serve as liaison between customer and Arcadia in building, implementing and driving product success tools and programs as defined by key customer contacts.

The Customer Business Analyst will work at the client site located in Arlington Heights, IL

Responsibilities

Key areas of focus include:

  • Defining strategic direction of the account and effectively engage customer stakeholders in leveraging Arcadia products and services to develop and execute effective population health strategies.
  • Developing and expanding customer relationships within accounts including working from customer site.
  • Delivering successful implementation of products and services and proactively identifying risks and issues and driving mitigation plans
  • Assisting account with development and implementation of coding and revenue enhancement plans.
  • Identifying and pursuing program expansion opportunities as defined by the Customer and Customer’s strategic plans
  • Managing account in conjunction with regional Arcadia Customer Business Managers and Arcadia Senior Management

Qualifications

  • Minimum of five years’ experience in the health solutions industry, that includes specific experience in account management with an understanding of managed care.
  • Perform data analysis and other business analysis under client supervision.
  • Use data analytical tools and SQL or similar programming language at a high level of proficiency
  • Apply problem solving skills in order to understand and solve data analytical problems
  • Identify barriers to implementing process improvements
  • Provide ongoing training, support, and guidance to practices as directed by Customer
  • Provide technical assistance related to the Arcadia Analytics Platform to practices
  • Knowledge and understanding necessary to assist with coding and financial enhancement programs designed in conjunction with the account
  • Excellent executive-level presentation and communication skills, including ability to create powerful materials in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.
  • Must have the ability to lead successful customer meetings with executive, operational, clinical, and technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with C-level information technology executives, physicians, executives, leaders and staff at health plans, health systems, and healthcare provider groups.
  • Demonstrated use of business cases to secure investment
  • Ability to work effectively with remote teams.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, nursing, healthcare administration, engineering, marketing, or a related discipline. Master’s degree preferred.
