Implementation Engineer

Overview

We’re looking for an experienced customer-facing engineer who wants to enable healthcare organizations manage their patient populations through successful implementations of the Arcadia Analytics product. The Implementation Engineer role is perfect for someone who is comfortable getting their hands dirty with code and can relate data to the larger business problems Arcadia solves for its customers. The right person can lead conversations with customers, explaining complex technical and healthcare topics to both engineers and non-technical teams. She or he needs to have a love for getting real world value out of data. The right person will assist with planning, developing, testing and interacting with customers in a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) environment. She or he will work closely with Arcadia project teams to ensure that all customer deliverables accurately reflect the clinical and claims data entered at the point of care. The ideal candidate will have experience in the Healthcare domain.

Responsibilities

 

  • Review Business and Functional requirements and give feedback on gaps identified
  • Develop a detailed understanding of client business processes and the Arcadia product suite
  • Develop implementation strategies within the framework of industry best practices.
  • Work with Account Managers to develop, maintain and execute high-quality product implementations
  • Validate data extracted from complex healthcare systems
  • Identify, document, triage and track defects to ensure resolution
  • Lead status meetings as the implementation subject matter expert
  • Develop estimates for implementation tasks

 

Qualifications

  • Looking for candidates with at least 2 years of experience in a Customer Facing Role 
  • Must have experience leading teams or groups
  • SQL experience is a must
  • Strong User Acceptance Testing experience
  • Accomplished professional experienced with Excel, PowerPoint, bug tracking software and source control systems
  • Comprehensive understanding of project delivery processes and testing methodologies
  • Strong grasp of analytics and reporting tools and techniques
  • Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work on several projects simultaneously and meet stated quality objectives
  • Travel – 25% - 50%

Degree Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent with 4 to 8+ years’ work experience
